I believe he does have a history of it. April 21, April 22, Dec 22, Oct 23, and now Mar 24.

"groin injury that almost required surgery"

https://www.thescore.com/nhl/news/2729486

"Tocchet did confirm that Demko has been dealing with a groin injury, suffered in a Dec. 1 game vs. the Florida Panthers"

https://theprovince.com/s...hatcher-demko-groin-issue

There are signs if you care to look. Not saying its serious, but when does it become a concern enough to think about options in net? Are the canucks happy with the goalie prospects they have now in the system? Demko's contract ends after two more seasons. Time to move on after it ends if Demko can't play for a full season?

Just Sunday musings. Nothing sinister so cool your tits.

I was just messing with you, however, I believe he had double hip surgery, so he might always have to be careful with overextending on saves.

I was actually good at hockey so I didn’t have to play in goal, maybe our resident goaltender can chime in.

Minny pulled the goalie to go 4 on 3 in OT. They got the win. 3D chess.

You mean you didn't have the skill to play the most important position in Hockey.

Not sure what labrum surgery involves but apparently there's a high recovery rate and Demko had both done.

Regardless my thoughts on goaltenders lol Demko has done remarkably well considering battling through the injuries. But having started almost 50 games already he does need a rest IMO. He should be capped around 55-57 games and DeSmith can pick up the rest. Today's NHL back up goalies should be able to start 25 games to more. Demko is tired and hurt for sure. Maybe he gets a break for a few days much needed. Reminds me very much of how Sutter played Markstrom into the ground a few years back and he choked out in the PO.s

Yzerman was unwise not to buy at the TDL to help his team into the playoffs.

Definitely not any of yours and Lefty's shots. If either one of you could skate and hit the net they'd have made you Forwards.

No need to do that at the tdl unless you really like a player. He’s playing the long game, as he should.

There is no rush for them, wait for the off-season and don’t force a move. This isn’t very complicated, you don’t buy at the tdl if you’re a rebuilding team like the wings.
