I’ve just seen you post the exact same post for a week word for word. - neem55
Well some posters keep calling him a 100 pt guy in back to back years. He has yet to do it, so I am just checking to see if they are keeping up with their narrative.
In fact it was the same guys saying at the beginning of the year that the pace was not sustainable. You know the stats guys. |

Ideally I like Petey & Lindholm together with a good playmaker. Let EL take all FO’s & the tough D assignment. The winger has to also be good at forechecking. - Nighthawk
EP is the playmaker. I’d mix in Garland, I love hogs but just think Garland would bring a different mix to that line. |

What I saw people saying is "on pace for". But you probably are talking about X which most people on here can't be bothered with.

Thought you guys would’ve taken it tonight. Good effort though just beaten by a team that was hungrier. I’m sure this dip is just that - a dip. Hope it’s not kinda going back to what the team was previous couple years eh.
Easy one on Sunday get back on track! |

Is the sky falling? These guys looked gassed, couldn’t win a board battle, putting the puck in the wrong areas, Demmer 15 saves on 20 shots. 2 to 1 and it looked like a little jolt to get them going and then the arm goes up because the guy fell down it seems to happen lots. |

It’s our first big dip of the season, the sky is falling for some but I’m looking forward to the rematch in a few days. |

For some, the sky has been falling since November.

In all fairness to Pouty, he is being saddled with Vantel's boy Mikheyev, who is brutal, time for him to sit out or just waived. |

For all those who like points…
Last 3 seasons:
Miller 1.18ppg
Petey 1.11ppg
Hughes 1.00 ppg
Boeser .79ppg
That is some nice high end production but falls off fast after. |

Agreed. Will Mikey even be a Canuck in a week? I doubt it if they are aiming for a top sixer.. |

Just worried the tending goes back to last years calibre. My opinion Demko stole a whole bunch of games this year up to this bad stretch and covered the warts. To me it’s a mid pack (Wild Card) team without All Star tending.
I still like seeing Canadian teams do well though. |

EP needs a compliment to create more space for him then I’d call Petey a playmaker. Petey on his own doesn’t create space but when he has it then he’s dangerous. He prefers to bait ops & stick handle but cannot get away with it all of the time everywhere. Doesn’t have the speed or size to do it. Should be a shoot 1st mentality. |

I hope not.
Not sure what Canucks have to offer, in order to get another top 6 winger, without mortgaging too much more of the future. |

He was my third choice boy. Garland was my guy I defended while you and others wanted him gone. I also had Juulsen as my number 2 that I didn't want to be sent down on waivers in case he was picked up. Then Mik who doesn't hurt the team defensively has now hit a major scoring slump. |

Ya, I just like giving you a hard time.
In regards to Mikheyev though, I find his game to be like watching paint dry. |

He’s hit a wall scoring while still getting up to speed. I’ll give him the skating but the scoring nope. Traded Idk about that but expect him to be much better come the PO’s. |

Ya, Mikheyev is a beast come the playoffs, so good that he has played in 19 games and gas 2 goals and 2 assists.
He wasn't much of a performer in the KHL playoffs either, other than that last season before he came over. |

You dont top the league in goals for expected cause of "tending" |
