A joke of an effort tonight. I know! Let's blend the lines more! That has worked so well in the past. Monty should sit a few games in the press box. This team is swiss cheese right now

Monty's got to go. Let him go back to the college ranks where he belongs.

really? I get they have been bad lately but he’s like 96-22 as the HC in Boston. Who are you gonna get that’s gonna do better with this roster?

So you're happy with his decisions? The constant game to game line juggling (chemistry? what's that?), the too many men penalties, the Ullmark only even though clearly not 100% (until the deciding game seven with Sway completely cold) goalie approach to last season's playoffs, etc., etc. Hey, we suck at face-offs so let's send our best face-off guy down to Providence (Beecher). No actual accountability unless of course you miss a meeting.

Sorry, I am being overcritical, but I am just not seeing the impact. I just doubt there's any hard practices or even tough talk when the team is making the same mistakes or showing the same low compete level over and over.

See my comment on his record further up - most of those wins came last year with Bergeron and Kreicji.

Not replacing those 2 Cs is on management, but...

It's not the Bruins losing games - its HOW they lose games. Not showing up at all or constantly giving up leads. THAT is on coaching.

Monty does not seem to handle in-game adjustments very well.

I get it. Well understood. The goalie debacle in the playoffs was disastrous and really was unexplainable. However lately everyone needs a quick chill pill really. It’s a bump in the road and they will navigate through it. The team lost Bergeron and Krejci, in salary cap hell with cap casualties in the off season and a bare prospect and asset pool to make trades. Yet somehow near the top of the standings and the league. A projected middle of the pack team and fringe playoff team and they are exceeding expectations. They need to tighten up for sure and figure it out, play with some passion and grit. Let’s not hit the panic button just yet.

maybe i’m in the minority but I like Coyle. He’s a solid top 6. Zacha has been a disappointment this year as compared to last season. They are both probably 2c’s and missing a true #1. But I don’t think it’s horrible.

I honestly would be ok with Monty if he could stop juggling the lines. He isn't learning from his mistakes. He needs to figure it out quick.

As of right now im ok with them letting go whichever assistants are in charge of the offense and special teams.
