Absolutely comical.

He’s not physically fried but I am done with him. I still agree with the logic behind the trade and won’t reverse course there, but come on. I’m not expecting prime Weber out of him in his own end, but he’s a disgrace.

Rak had two options that got that started. Dump the puck down low or attempt to pass through a Flyer. He chose passing through the defender.

Pens goaltending has been pretty good to great all season... And PP terrible ... On a day they actually convert twice on PP Jarry let's in 4 goals on 14 shots... So far. Now, I'm not saying it's all his fault. There's been a lot of slop in front him leading to the breakdowns and shots on him... But it's just the Pens season in a nutshell... Can't put it all together in games. All facets of their game are rarely all clicking at once.

I viewed that more as a Malkin/smith demotion than Eller promotion. He’s your next best lefty by default I guess?

If he's not producing, no one's taking the contract.
If he is producing, you don't trade him.

They basically became married for life the day of the trade.
