so i just ran out and got the Ballast Point Even Keel that my boy was talking about back there.

also grabbed a Victory Headwaters Ale and something called Aloha Traveler Pineapple Shandy just because i love pineapple and i saw it sitting there.

will report back.

alright, the Victory Headwaters Ale. a refreshing boldly-hopped ale.



first of all, great can.

it's a great looking beer. nice color, nice carbonation. smells hoppy and fresh.

very refreshing. nice snappiness from the hops but not like a bite or anything. definitely lemon or orange in the taste but not as grapefruity as some of the others. i really like it. gonna give it 8.9 s2tp's. i will drink this beer again.

small mistake here, the ballast point i got is mango even keel.

another mistake is that it's almost 6 months old. so that might have hurt because i'm not digging this beer. i've had a few of their beers and always liked them. but i get no mango here and i get no hops. just all malt. it smells like it's gonna be all mango but i got nothin.

Yeah it's p good and a nice beer to have working around the house. Not as good as Founders All Day, but it's less alcohol and still has a nice hop taste
