You can win 16 straight against weaker opponents, it doesn't take away from the acheivement, but it does put it into perspective. A 16 straight win vs teams mostly playoff bound or top of the league is a much bigger achievement than one against teams mostly outside the playoff bar and bottom of the league. Nobody backs into a 16 straight win streak, but some win streaks are easier than others, and should be looked at differently.

At least we all know the Canucks are woke.... babies upset over an ot goal from several games back...what's the league coming to..... who cares if players celebrate goals... at least Cole isn't a woke panzie..

Apparently the Flames are open to moving Rasmus Andersson for the right price , Hoglander and 25 first might be enough, 27 yr old RD at 4.5 for 2 more years , that's a piece that could give us a legit shot in the playoffs

In fact I would keep 2 of Podz , Willander and Likkermaki and say anything else is on the table .
Flip Myers this deadline , and add some forward depth with the extra cap created

It would bring the Beartchi trade full circle

But that would only be 5 Swedes. Surely you could come up with 3 or 4 more and get it up to 8 or 9...

I’m not sure you want to try to push your stupid rhetoric here, it won’t end well for you.

It’s Weeks that said there’s interest in him. He’s a goalie we all know how smart they are.

Flames may be open to move everyone for the right price. But their asks are high on UFAs. Imagine guys with manageable term, and good AAV, will be astronomical.

Dave Hall at Canucks army is putting out top 10 prospect rankings in the coming weeks.

we will be sticking with the U23 format, which eliminates the following prospects: Arshdeep Bains, Max Sasson, Ty Glover, Tristen Nielsen, Filip Johansson, Akito Hirose, Aidan McDonough, Linus Karlsson, and Nikita Tolopilo. Podkolzin excluded due to playing a full NHL season.

Artus Silovs turns 23 in March, so he makes the mid-season list by a hair. The same can be said for Cole McWard, who turns 23 in June.

Prospects that make the list
Forwards: Aatu Räty, Danila Klimovich, Jonathan Lekkerimaki, Josh Bloom, Lucas Forsell, Ty Mueller, and Vilmer Alriksson.
Defence: Cole McWard, Sawyer Mynio, Tom Willander, Kirill Kudryavtsev, Elias Pettersson, and Jackson Dorrington.
Goaltenders: Arturs Silovs and Aku Koskenvuo.

It's not my list, don't shoot the messenger.

Real talk about the list. The forward group is really lacking. The defence is not that bad I'd say. No 1st or 2nd round pick this year. There is some players outside the list but scouting department is going to have to be very good in the coming years with less.

One of the NHL’s best defensive teams against one of the NHL’s best offensive teams. Should be a good one tonight. Fingers crossed.

Everyone's favourite ex Canuck front office member winding up the Habs community.

@HabsOnReddit

These two losers Rachel Doerrie & Mike Stephens calling 19 year old Juraj Slafkovsky a “bust” for not being a PPG player only 93 games into his NHL career is absolutely hilarious 😂

Rachel Doerrie
@racheldoerrie
Maybe listen to the entire pod? We said he’d be a solid middle-six guy on a contender. A 1st overall pick should be a top line star averaging a point per game. So he’s not a bust as a prospect. He’s not 1st overall calibre compared to value a team should expect from 1OA.

#realist. Just hope the Canucks play well against a team that have trouble scoring goals but allow very few goals against. Might be a playoff preview.

Expecting a very low scoring game with Demko and Hellybyuck on top of their game.
