And Benning again. He was just before his time.

I really do wonder what DOPs is thinking a lot of the time. They spin a wheel? Throwing darts at a board? Pin the tail on the suspension?

The great Elias Lindholm has 4 goals since being traded to the Canucks. Kuzmenko has 3 goals since coming to the Flames. Some people just don’t get it.
- K-man25

Kuzmenko will score if it’s not with us it will be with someone else. Who said that?

Benning was such a good GM that he was immediately snapped up as soon as he hit the open market.

Are we really going to look at 5-6 players over 8 drafts and say he killed it?

I’m suprised that your not working with an NHL team, with all that untapped knowledge you claim to have,

- K-man25

Mini is probably one of the smartest posters in here. Top 5 anyways. or maybe top 9...

Credit where credit is due. Top 4 scorers on the team right now were acquired by Benning.

I guess the league didn't like the Canucks showing up Walman.

- manvanfan

Yep Benning put together a pretty good core. The credit is due. Presidents trophy here we come.

Who's saying he is good? or that he "killed it". We are just giving credit where it's due.

Yeah just too bad he sucked at the rest of his job. PA has what 4 more front office members to help him? Which I don't think it would have actually made a difference for Benning though as he didn't want to listen to others.

The Oilers got hyped up for putting together a winning streak in one of the softest schedules the NHL has ever seen. Hadn't played a back to back up until last week and have gone 2-3-0 and conceded 20 goals in the process. Absolute frauds.

So stupid. No team wins 16 straight in the NHL mistakenly. This is similar to the wiz kids on here saying Canucks haven’t beat good teams

You can win 16 straight against weaker opponents, it doesn't take away from the acheivement, but it does put it into perspective. A 16 straight win vs teams mostly playoff bound or top of the league is a much bigger achievement than one against teams mostly outside the playoff bar and bottom of the league. Nobody backs into a 16 straight win streak, but some win streaks are easier than others, and should be looked at differently.

Sure, I can agree with that. That’s a far cry from that tweet though

General Manager Patrik Allvin announced today that D Jett Woo has been assigned to Abbotsford (AHL) and F Arshdeep Bains has been recalled from Abbotsford.

Good for Bains.
Hope he gets a game in on the road sometime.

At least we all know the Canucks are woke.... babies upset over an ot goal from several games back...what's the league coming to..... who cares if players celebrate goals... at least Cole isn't a woke panzie..

No big surprise, the league loves making an example using the Canucks.
