You know, certain organizations build a winning culture usually within a short period of time since their inception, the Bruins are one of those teams. From time to time they lose that culture but seemingly revert back to it at some point, they find their roots. The Flyers are one of those organizations too, when Ed Snider passed away, and a corporation took them over, they lost that identity, but they’re bringing it back now. Mark Reechi recently commented, while being inducted into the Flyers Hall of Fame, the sense of Flyers culture and family is back in the organization, like when Snider owned them.

And then there’s teams like the Canucks, Buffalo, Columbus, Florida, Arizona, Ottawa, etc. that never build an identity, they never really do anything well, but they get lucky from time to time and find some success.
