Canucks didnt play as bad as the score indicates. Canucks outshot them 32-18... Blues blocked 23 shots on top of that. Canucks had a lot of chances.

Comes down to who had better goal tending...Canucks lost that battle.

I’m torn between Lyon & Reimer personally. I think the Leafs tenders are awful to be honest. I don’t think they have legit nhl starter.

I think weak goaltending was the problem. Canucks had chances all night. It only took a few shots to beat DeSmith though.

Hofer had a hell of a game, they could have lost without him for sure

Nah our finish was poor. Boeser wide open net. Miky snake bitten. Miller & Petey not dangerous. 3rd line a lil off but no complaints there.

Lots of missed opportunities in this one, Canucks controlled most of the game and a few breakdowns cost them a few goals. Hronek puts that in it’s a different conversation.

At least youre honest! Most on here know this team is pretty soft, but we added some grease. Im just happy we have a goalie, as we both know skill is great and so is size. Neither beat a hot goalie.

Canucks were also the way better team in the 1st except for DeSmith. 2 out of 3 periods... the usual except no Demko tonight.

DeSmith not his usual steady game. No blame cannot play great every night given he’s been a rock as a back up all season.
