I agree with this. They need to extend him sometime soon. I love the goalie hug, but after this year we cant tie up what will likely be 10 mil or more into two tenders. Time to let Sway shine.

They could potentially use Ullmark to trade into the first round this off season. Some good center targets in the draft depending on what they can land.

Agree they can’t keep both but Ullmark isn’t going anywhere this year. Earlier This year I would have been ok with dealing ullmark for a number 1 pick package because we needed cap room ,next year there will be cap space so I want a deal for a established player. Fuk that draft pick crap you have an asset that can help bring a solid piece they need for a cup run. One has to go and Swayman is too young to deal away. Only slight chance they both stay is a cup win this year with both contributing.

Honestly depending on who you trade to, you might get an established player and a pick. Might not be a first, but solid tenders are at a premium right now.

If the Bruins remain in the thick of it I don't see Ullmark moving before the off-season. No way do they go into the post-season with a single goalie plan like last year. Monty said as much that the rotation will stand for the playoffs this year as he's "learned his lesson" from last year's debacle.

It's funny cause Monty made the exact same mistake Cassidy did with Rask vs Islanders. Ullmark was not 100% going into the post season last year. Swayman should've been "the guy" He bowed to the useless Vezina status/trophy.

Now that Carter Hard might not ever play a game in the NHL again, would the Flyers go after Ullmark?

They have 2 1st picks, 3 2nd notably..

Possibly in the off-season.
Can't see them trading him before the playoffs.

You don’t win many games if you play well for one period only.
Also, my favourite dman Lindholm…WTF was he doing pinching on Carolina’s last goal?

Monty is not happy about that one. Stupid move by Lindholm.

It was a bonehead play. I'm sure he would like to have that one back.
