There's some pretty impressive elk and muley racks in that state.

Not a great rifle for hunting elk there.... better suited for defending your gated community from poor people.

Yeah, but it looks really cool. With a 16 inch barrel I'll probably use it on them Javelina.

We have guards for those poor people, I think they have 9mm pistols...that would be enough to stop you and Marwood.

9mm only good at very close ranges. When I send Marwood ahead to draw fire, your guards are fkd...

Playing hardball. This is nothing more than tossing things at the wall and seeing what comes up. I like twisting the cap and seeing possibilities so this is nothing more than having fun. I do believe Canucks will sign Petey and Hronek but what if they didn't qualify them and wait and seen what was offered. They have the option of matching in the event of an offer sheet. They can see what comes down the pipe trade wise.

I like both players and think Mik Kuz and maybe even Garland get moved in the summer to fit the overblown price we will pay, but what are the possibilities? Only bottom feeders can afford a 12 mil offer sheet so would they sign?

PA has a great poker face and says the right things, but I have a feeling he is not a pushover when it comes to negotiations.

Standings...ahead of the Leafs. They don't give playoff positions out based on win percentage.

Correct but those were pts%.

Back in the day, a man's purse didn't have to match their shoes like Lefty does.

Makar can match Bobby Orrs record of fastest 300 pts by a Dman as they play in Boston tonight. He needs two points.

So you want to discuss a point, you just aren't willing to see another other perspective?
1) as of today, the Leafs have a higher win percentage.
2) Playoffs don't start after 44 games, they start after 82 and the team with the higher win percentage would get in.
3) I never gave you an answer to "Yzerman's critics" because I wasn't sure who you were talking about. At this point in time, they are pretty well exactly where I figured they would be. A bubble team, that has some bad contracts.

- manvanfan

1) no they don’t. Higher loser pt%

So the Canucks do need a 2nd line still?

A very good 4C would be nice. Balance out the TOI for cheaper.

Usually most players cannot dictate as an RFA. Not the case here.
Petey’s hand holds the nuts.

What Petey cannot do is dictate he goes to a contender with a better chance of winning if they’ll pay him what we can.

If he wants to talk winning he has to make that choice to stay & be a part of the answer. PA has shown he can do roster building after the digging out from a hand dealt by JB.

So I can see 4-5yrs at say 11-12m & get 1 last big contract after or straight into 8yrs for 12m give or take.

The Senator's listening on Jakob Chychrun is almost funny. There are not a lot of teams that have a serious need for a top 4 LHD.

Bottom feeders Chicago, San Jose.

Arizona could use one and Washington.

What a terrible trade. I'd be surprised if they don't take a loss on that one.
