That's why IMO he needs to nip it in the bud quickly. If Mitts is truly unsure he needs to be moved for a needed piece know, and anyone else. And he needs to make a trade that shows that he really does want to Win know. It's impossible in Hockey to build a whole team from internal pieces, just takes to long to put all those pieces together. Especially with the way they have drafted. This Team could be a powerhouse if he would just Break the Barricade and go out and get those final pieces, cause he doesn't have them in his system.

Agreed.
He seems incapable of doing it though. And honestly, after bringing in those 2 Dmen, I don't want his team F it up based on their ill-founded NHL Evaluation Process/system

Tokarski and Cooley were all along the AHL goalies since Day 1 of the season.

If Adams was concerned with making the playoffs he would make moves now and not wait to make the team better and move out what he doesn't want, good GM's do that. Instead we keep Girgensons in the lineup and make completely ridicules line combos, that make this team worse. 2.5 mill a year for 3 goals for Girgensons, Krebs lost on the 4th line and all these so called " SAVIORS" in the AHL not helping at all.

Well, where to start?! The bolded is a good place ..it's very apparent he can't close a deal at all unless boxed into a corner like with Eichel, Sam and Risto...he did OK with those. That said, he talks all the time about having conversations but not a damn thing ever happens. When he does talk, he contradicts his actions. He's in way, way over his head, like a Mino in Great Shark infested waters at sunset

how many of the sabres are overperforming this season based on expectations to start the year and how many are underperforming?


I would say casey, peterka, 6k and ryan johnson are overperforming

joker, benson, quinn, skinner, tuch are at expectation and maybe include greenway

everyone else is underperforming
