Yes I think it is, and we pretty much got our answers on what they do with it the other Day in Granato’s interview. I think they use them for the Draft a bit and that's about it. Adams let's them out of the closet for 2 months prior ti the Draft.

I would pick up Samsanov and send Levi down. Sabres are going to destroy Levi with the way the Team in front is playing. Throw Samsanov and UPL to the wolves and let Levi just play and find his game, have fun. Sabres are doing the same thing they always do to there good young players. DESTROYING THERE CONFIDENCE AND GROWTH by not getting the proper Mentors and Leadership. And maybe Samsanov finds his game, he does have decent career numbers.
