I was worried about it too but it has been fantastic. I am not super careful with it and the coating survives pretty well. It is incredibly non-stick, even eggs slide around the pan. It does amazing steaks and burgers. - JRR1285

Are we still talking specifically All-Clad? Cheapest I can see on the All-Clad website is the D3 stainless 3qt for $150, going all the way up to $400 for copper core.
But yeah, I have no doubt there are plenty of other good brands available for that $100-$150 price range. - eichiefs9
We seem to have all different brands between Canada and the US. I'm not familiar with All-Clad, but the reviews seem to agree they are the best.
The brands seen most often up here are Lagostina and Paderno.
I got a complete set of Lagostina triple ply, copper core stuff last year. Found it in the clearance aisle. Someone had bought them for over $3000 and then returned them after they apparently salted some boiling water and ended up with unremovable stains from it. I got them for $350!!! |

Finally just got myself one last month!! So tired of stir fry's being nothing like a stir fry!!
My dad had a huge wok that we had to oil every single time it was washed. If we didn't, he would flip out!! Now, I get it.

Bar Keepers Friend, removes all stains from stainless steel. renews the surface to brand new. |

Thanks, I'll take a look for that! I don't particularly care about it, but I definitely never thought I'd own $3000 cookware, so it would be nice to make them whole. |

If you have any stainless steel with spots, stains or warping... cleans it all up. |

Jacques Martin taking over, guy seems to keep stumbling into head coaching positions. |

Must have given Smith a warm fuzzy feeling when Martin was sitting in the owners box the other night in Ottawa. |

Just a white vinegar soak to start, that removes most spots. But for more advanced cleaning, Bar Keepers Friend is definitely worth getting... |

Have to wonder if Smith getting fired makes Tarasenko sour on Ottawa? He would look great on our top line if made available at the trading deadline... |

Pass. Don't need to keep bringing guys in at the TDL that we've already traded assets for the year before. Give me Monahan or Henrique or someone else not even being mentioned, as long as they've got speed and jam come playoffs |

Henrique carries too much of a cap hit. I think there is no one better to fill our C need when it comes to production and cost than Monahan. |

I dont think he will be traded to the Rangers, but Henrique is guaranteed going to someone at the deadline, and probably to a team where he will irritate us

Yeah, aecliptic probably right about being too pricey for us. We would have a totally different mindset about all these potential options if we just knew one of Chytil or Kakko are out for the rest of the regular season. |
