It’s 100% on Sullivan at this point. He’s the head coach and makes the decisions on who runs what and when things get changed. If he thinks it isn’t working he can himself run the PP or direct someone else to run it. That’s literally one of his main jobs as the head coach.

Dubas could only do so much in terms of roster building. Its 100% on him if he refuses to make a coaching change though. This team is too talented to be mediocre.
