I saw that in practice yesterday the D pairs were Pets-EK, Ludvig-Letang, Graves-Shea, i.e. Graves moved down, Ludvig up. Graves is struggling with the Pens system (I think he only ever played in the NJ system in the NHL), so presumably they're just trying to give him a few lower-intensity games to get more comfortable in our system.

He played with Makar in Colorado. His defensive stats in Jersey were propped up by Marino though.

What’s quite impressive about Ludvig is he’s played this well on his off side which I never seen him do in Portland or in the A. Not easy to do as a rookie and at 22 also with no training camp with this team. I think he could be really good with Letang.

Rock on sister. Need to give Carter more ice time because if you let old dudes sit for too long it increases the risk of them sitting on their own balls and having to be out for a couple of weeks. Similar to the guy who played Mr. Belvedere.
