I hate when people go : " why didnt you sleep on the plane ?"

I have trouble falling asleep in a bed, like I'm gonna sleep sitting ?

I used to be like you, unable to sleep unless I was at the very least completely horizontal on a somewhat comfortable spot (bed, couch, big carpet, training mats, etc).

And then I had kids.

Now I can sleep while standing up.

Same problem. A former co-worker of mine would chug 5 mini vodka's and pop a sleeping pill when we were flying to events. Would sleep like a drugged ass baby. I just can't sleep on a plane unless it's 8+ hours.
