i bet both penn state RBs to get TDs and they did. that was one of my favorites.

i got great new meds that cost me $30/month. but they are miracle workers so they're worth it. i'm much better 90% of the time now. but i still get a bad day thrown in here and there.

is there a way to avoid "bad days", i.e. are there any specific foods you should stay away from to not trigger the issue?

i have a list of triggers yes. they say not to live by it but to keep it in mind. certain veggies, certain fruits, etc. it's weird because red bell peppers are on the good list and green bell peppers are on the bad list. but whatever. i eat a lot of green beans now. they seem fine.

I'm guessing it's because the green ones aren't ripe enough, and for some reason they're harder to digest compared to the more mature red ones.
