11-2-1 and now five days off so players like Chytill, Igor and Lindgren can get healthy - TPC
Lindgren just needed a couple of transistors replaced. Maybe a fresh quart of oil. Should be good to go! |

Happy 50th, TJ!!
I think we all hope your biggest (hockey) wish comes true!!!! 🤞 - Tonybere
Thanks! Yea it was on the wishlist and it didn’t look good for a bit there lol definitely think they were looking ahead to the break, which is natural. Like Jimmy said, it’s so nice to be able to enjoy Laf and not loathe him he is finally what we asked for. Next up, #24 |

Man this lineup is looking good fully healthy. I don’t see Lavy in anyway breaking up Trocheck Laf and Panarin, nor should he. Cuylle Chytil and Kakko when together, hopefully 🤞, will unlock Kakko. Big strong forechecking line is what they probably lack over anything right now, which should allow Zib, Wheeler and Krieder to gel and maybe get easier matchups on occasion.
It’s a good time to be a Ranger fan boys |

So Jonathan Quick might be good. Because when the Rangers have need him, he's been there. Laf just on a casual 41 goal, 62 point pace. Kreider doing Kreider things. Erik Gustafsson playing like a Norris Trophy d-man in Fox's absence. Need Zib to find his game.
The officiating was laugh out loud bad. ranked 3 to how how angry I was in those 3 crucial instances.
1. Cuylle's/Kakko's goal. That's a goal. EWverybody needs to watch what that (frank)ing piece of poop Kevin Polluck does in that short time span. Because any way you slice it's a goal.
2. Trouba hit/penalty. He earned the minor for Roughing. But how the world did Fantelli and Chinikov both just skate away after trying to goad him into a fight? Unsportsmanlike conduct just doesn't exist anymore at MSG.
3. Lindgren hit. I knew that was gonna be reverse after all that happened. I was resigned to the fact they were changing that from 5 to 2. |

Absolutely. Seemed like MSG was a little tense there for a while.

I was in the car for the first half of the game and Maloney was pissed about the Trouba penalty, in a skreetchy voice he was like “what’s Trouba supposed to do!”. The Cuylle goal was in the net idk what else to say
Whatevs tho they got the win, but that’s 3 goals vs this embarrassing franchise we didn’t get on the board in two games

Sam was having a cow as well.
There was zero reason for Fantilli to skate up to Trouba other to engage with him. That should be automatic unsportsmanlike as Tom stated. Yes Trouba popped him (barely) but it was instigated. I bet Trouba was pissed he didn't even get a worthy shot in to warrant the penalty,

I mean the Trouba punch, I'm fine with. I get it. Buit when he's goaded by not 1, but 2 people after a clean, how is he the only getting called ther.
Kevin Polluck needs to be discussed in depth on how he handled the Cuyyle/Kakko goal. He's actions and following explanation are polar opposites. it was insane. |

thank God
it looks like a 30 goal 30 assist season on tap
and at 2.3 mil, he suddenly becomes one of biggest bargains in league that we wouldn't have had, had he performed to expectations in his first 3 seasons

Immediate disqualification for being a ref. Scratching the top of your helmet if your head itches....

The only call I had a major problem with was the goal overturned. The Trouba one, Trouba threw the only punch. The Lindgren one, couple years ago thats not even a penalty. |

Peter Laviolette gets all of that credit. I want Gerard Gallant thrown in Jail. |

23 points in that same span. For Under 7 million dollars. Jonathan Huberdeau gets paid 10.5 million and has 7 points this year. |

Meh. I think a big part was Laf himself. Kakko looked decent under Gallant and now looks horrible under Lav. While I do give coaches some credit, I believe a lot has to do with the player. |

As it should be in that hypothetical. Because the problem was LAf somewhat. It looked like he didn't get it, but also before this year he was still 2nd on this team in 5 on 5 goals. It's very hard to score at 5 on 5 in the current NHL, ad yet he somehow finds a way to do it. |
