Can't watch the game tonight but I see that Frost, brinky boy, and big Z all have assists.

A lot of little mistakes mostly on PP, but with chances.

Frost has been dominant in this period. To be fair though, right now the Sabres flat out suck.

It’s simple if you have the skill to do it. Come up as a group. Short quick passes for entry and set up. Dump and chase doesn’t work. One guy trying to skate it in doesn’t work unless you’ve proven you can do the short pass entry. - Hextall271
Regardless of skill having one guy come up the ice with no one with him and looking at all stationary players is asinine. |

We can’t sell low on him if we do. His finish this year shows me he’s a legit top line winger. |

Why do they need to do the slow motion reload and slingshot? Just get the puck and move (frank)ing forward |

Ridiculous. The best part of some players performing well so far is that it’s increasing value. They need to be in a position of strength at the tdl for once and command a very high price. Like I said before. Expedite the rebuild. Make trades for not just picks but teams best prospects close to the nhl. That’s what I expect db to do and I’ll be disappointed if he doesn’t. |

It’s the worst version of that entry probably in hockey. The entire approach from this flyers team is terrible. You notice every time Sanheim does it there’s not a chance in the world he’s going to fake a drop and take it himself? |

The slingshot is very effective of executed properly but the Flyers aren't doing that. The idea is to drive the defense back to where they're stationary and then drop back to the puck carrier to change the point of entry with the defense flat footed. The Flyers are the guys who are flat footed.

I saw it last year when he was able to run his line no matter who he played with. Even tonight the way he anticipated the pass and took off shows he can be a consistent 40 goal scorer. The worst case scenario is he gets his 20 some goals then gets injured.
I would hate to lose TK, but if they can get great value for him (a 1st or two with a decent prospect coming back) then you have to move him. His value is higher this year then it will be next.

It’s coaching I’d say, but are the coaches pushing that because they don’t think they have the talent? It’s about fast puck movement with no fumbling it and then proper finish. So skill is needed. |

I'm glad to hear that Frost took his benching and came back in beast mode.
Are the Sabres sucking or are the flyers playing a strong game?

Yeah, he hasn't been dominate...that's just narrative at play, but he hasn't played poorly either.

Thats got to be an amazing feeling for belpedio. To finally reach the pinnacle of his profession after years of not making the NHL team and getting that first NHL goal.
Man, good for him!!
He's got to be on cloud 9 right now |

That’s where I’m torn. I love tk’s game. I think with the right line he could hit 35 or 40. Sick skill. But yes. If we can get a boatload, then you have to. You want to talk skill. The other day vs Anaheim, hard pass and he’s close to the right dot on forehand. One times the pass coming from his left and puts it under the bar. Omg that’s a hard play to execute. Absolute skill. |

They’re on their second year as the worst PP in the league. Here’s a thought. DO SOMETHING ELSE. |

Timing is the thing for me. Have to trade him. Biggest chip. When do we really think this team will be ready to go, when he’s 30? |

Shot attempts with Frost on the ice 7-1. Frost with 2 individual scoring chances. Goals 2-0. xGF% 76.71 Scoring chances 6-1. Faceoffs 3-1
What do you have to counter that? To show that it's a narrative?
