So no Chytil for 7 days and no Fox for 10 games/24 days. Great. |

Great. Good thing we banked all these wins early in the season I guess.
Gonna have to shift our identity from being top player & powerplay dependent, to everyone pitching in. |

I just checked over at the NHL Dept. of Player Safety to see if any supplemental discipline might be forthcoming on the Aho hit. Not surprised to see that they weren't even looking at the game. Last entry they posted was McAvoys 4 game suspension on Halloween! |

I don’t think it’s suspension worthy but I think it’s worthy of roughing him up on January 2nd |

Yep exactly I didn’t want him suspended. I want him to meet Trouba train next matchup |

It’s not going to be a Trouba to be worried about. I think Lindgren is going to go head hunting when they meet again. |

NY Rangers PR:
The Rangers have recalled Louis Domingue and Connor Mackey from the Hartford Wolf Pack. Barclay Goodrow will not play tomorrow so he could be with his wife for the birth of their son.
Mollie Walker:
Word is that Adam Fox is going on LTIR, and Filip Chytil on IR.
Reason for Domingue call up is because Igor Shesterkin is banged up. Jonathan Quick expected to start tomorrow in Minny.
#NYR feel they have the roster and cap space so they can take extra precautions.
This escalated quickly. - airjan23
Damn.
Shesty didn't look like anything really happened. He seems like he's always trying to get the call anytime he's bumped. |

Zac Jones needs to seize the day here, make or break time
luckily they have 4 games spread out a bit here before a week off, so hopefully Shersterkin and Chytil will be good to go for the Devils-Stars-Penguins-Flyers-Bruins set of 5 games that starts November 18th |

ultimately it feels to me that if the Rangers didn't have all this other crap going on, they probably wouldn't have LTIR'd Fox, they had to LTIR Fox just to be able to get through the present time just to have enough players for these next few games
if the Fox injury was the only thing going on I very much doubt they do it |

Plus if it really is a MCL sprain. He shouldn’t play for at least a month to be safe. |

The powerplay has been carrying the offense so far. Wonder if it can still be productive without fox as the QB |

Gustafsson did pretty good last year, dont see why he couldnt step in temporarily for PP1.
I wonder what they do with PP2. What comes to mind to try out.
Version 1: Cuylle, LAF, Wheeler / Miller, Kakko

I think Panarin is gonna be the QB now more than anything else
You need a right handed point guy on the right side to keep the puck in along the boards though. They may try some things. But I’d bet Trouba ends up on PP1 at some point

Yea it should be interesting to see. Just so hard to replace fox with his constant moving with or without the puck to create the open passing and shooting lanes. Plus his ability to got shots through traffic, just so good |
