Krebs has almost 0 offensive upside at this point. He's a 4th line center who isn't even producing at that rate right now

Trying to understand what peterka is and where he fits on this team. Big time world championship but so far this year I just don't see it

These are questions that adams needs to answer and all these kids wont have a roster spot here with the kids in rocha knocking on the door. The middle 6 should be upgraded and time keeps ticking burning value on some of these guys

I wouldn't be sad to see peterka in a trade or in a 4th line role. But instead adams let okposo dictate his job

Inconsistency, home record and goaltending

Only one of those has the ability to singlehandedly change the others. Don't forget every time 1 extra save would have gotten at least 1 point on a night the offense scored 4 or more.

Gotta let that line grow. 1 game isnt going to give them the chemistry. Leave it, see if they can be better together. Or you gotta play around with it till Quinn's back.

The chemistry of that JJ-Cozen-Quinn line last year was unreal. Hope they can start where they left off when Quinn returns.

I fundamnetally don't expect that line to work. I don't think they do either. It's the reason they kept Mitts at 3C and gave balance to the middle 6. Slow start made him panic and load up....and he sure doesn't hate playing LOG more.

Think people forget that JJ-Cozens-Quinn weren't together when everything was on the line at the end of last year. It was:

Greenway-Tage-Cozens
Skinner-Mitts-Tuch
Girgs-Krebs-Okposo
JJ-Jost-Quinn

Hard to miss the similarity. When Donnie feels the heat, he'll load up 2 lines + LOG and barely play the other line.

Yes I know he sucks at scoring, hes a playmaker. Mitts without the Hands or Shot

Well I would put JJ Krebs Quinn back together when Quinn is healthy if you are gonna keep the top 6 together. They were good together for Rochester. If you want to to keep Benson and Savoie the Sabres have to start moving some players out.
