At this point who knows, they are having trouble scoring goals right now. They could get rolled tonight or maybe the gates open for a few Tage, Tuch and couple others. Lot of inconsistencies in there games at this point.

Scored less so far and scored on more so far. Been the complete opposite to the start of last year.

Didn't have more than 3 goals scored against in their first 6 last year. Haven't scored more than 3 in the first 6 this year.

To me they've adjusted pretty well. They've dominated the last 2 games. Have had some horrid puck luck. I do agree though they've gotta get down low and dirty. Said that from the beginning of the season. Not going to get 3+ goals a game shooting from 15 feet out.

The Sabres miss Reinhart, who do you see assuming the front of the net role?

They controlled the game beyond the first 5-10. Couldn't score.

Some pretty nice plays that would end up in the goalies glove cause they refused to shoot to the blocker side for whatever reason.

Has there been a scheme change where the sabres are playing a more structured game with more emphasis on defense?

Last season seemed the sabres scored at a high rate with little defense and this year so far looks like scoring is down?

Is it bad luck? Cold starts? Type of play? Overachieved offensively last year?

They don't have a choice if the coach(es) would fvckin speak up during the games. I really don't know if they ever make mid-game adjustments other than changing a couple lines around.

Tuch prefers to make plays on the rush, using his speed

Skinner likes to sneak late to the weak side, the front of the net won't allow him to roam to find that weak side.

Cozens loves to curl and set up to shoot from the top of the circle

Greenway thinks he's Panarin this year and is trying his best to play that way. Which I find hilarious but so far it's kind of working. What did Don Meatball say to him in the offseason?

Do you think it's easier to get these players to adjust to going into the dirty areas or bring in a big beast of a player to stand in front?
