2015. Ivermectin improved the lives of millions of black and brown people, but certain white people called it horse paste. I wonder why.

Easy solution. Don't ask your doctor for the drug when you get COVID next. I don't really give a (frank). If people want to ask their doctor for Ivermectin, monoclonal antibodies, zinc or fentanyl, that's their business.
- AdamFrench

important to note that if you do ask your doctor for Ivermectin, wear a rubber horse mask so they know you are serious

It’s not Schneider’s fault arguably the best pitcher in the AL freaky friday’d with 50 Cent.

This team wasn’t exactly how they thought it would turn out to be. It never is.

It’ll be the same with the Leafs.. Burtuzzi looking like Nick Ritchie wasn’t what we were hoping to see. Can our goalies win us games? Probably not at the consistency we want to see. One player will surprise us. I hope it’s Klingberg.

- Arctic_AARDVARK

I wouldn't worry about how anyone plays in preseason...good or bad.
But as with any new player, it will take them time to adjust.

to be fair, most people dont realize how easy it is to toss up sites....with a "bunch of other crap supporting it"

I agree that there are many people that will accept "what appears" to be an answer or evidence without corroborating info or research. Specially if it aligns with their desired outcome. There are those who are a bit more adept at seeking facts. If I see a study, I check the sources, their funding, research the collaborators, read the footnotes, then I even research the footnotes.

If we are talking Covid, I have seen so much misrepresentation coming from both the pro and anti-vaccine types. It's just nauseating. I have done my own extensive research (hours upon hours of reading, which is what research is, and looked up a poop ton of words I didn't understand), using the above method.

I now have my beliefs on the whole covid thing, which I consider to be properly educated first hand. I don't try to argue with anyone, because to me, I am 100% right, therefore, why argue? . I will remain that way unless/until new studies/info causes me to doubt my conclusions.

I can't even watch. I just follow play by play online. Maybe it's superstition, but I think it will hurt less in the end that way.

This leaves me wondering why you simply don’t do enough research to become a brain surgeon or NHL head coach or rocket scientist.

I mean, if a lay person like you, with no medical or even scientific training can become a better expert than the CDC and other world bodies, why haven’t you invented cold fusion?

Sorry, but this is just stupid. Do you honestly think you need a lab to do research? You need beakers, and centrifuges, and grants and degrees to do any research? You can't read and learn from the people who do that work? Sorry, that is just plain ignorant. And I think you are being argumentative for the sake of arguing. I will discuss the subject with you no further.
