Rangers gonna have a hard time keeping Othmann in the AHL, but its the right move to make to start the season. |

It should be interesting, the rangers are in a win now mode. If Othmann in the top 9 gives them the best chance to win they have to strongly consider it |

Well, if its at the deadline and the Rangers improve... do you still think so? All in all, Drury's footprint on this team is relatively small.
Also, if we trade him, what is he worth? |

Oh no, pretty sure hes talking about LAF. I think were all on the same boat here with him. If there isnt some significant improvement in his overall play, we have to start fielding offers and see if theres any value left there. Dylan Guenther from ARI? Would BUF consider trading Jack Quinn? Could we go big for Zegras? |

Why would anyone trade any promising young player for him if he fails to make a leap this year? At best we’d get a 2nd rounder or another young player who needs a change of scenery |

Like I said, hope theres a GM out there that believes LAF has more in the tank than what we've gotten. A GM on a rebuilding squad that has a spot on the top 6 available for a LW that believes that more minutes and a change of scenery could unlock a bit more out of him.
However, if we could get a 1st for Nils, we can definitely get a 1st for LAF. He may not have met expectations of a 1st overall pick, however... hes 22 years old, he hasnt had any injuries, hes increased his point totals every year and hes real close to hitting the 20 goal mark playing only 14-15 minutes a game with no PP time. |

A first for nils was an overpayment but he also had that family guy mystery box appeal whereas with laf he has several seasons under his belt to scrutinize |

You do, and you got a guy whos 22yo, no injuries, 100 hits per season and who will likely score atleast 40-50 points with top 6 minutes and PP time. Youre telling me thats not worth a first round pick? |
