He does not bring much that is extraordinary that any of the kids cannot fill, eventually.
He will be pushed out, unlike Mattheson who will be around for a little longer.

that's some solid moves by HuGo and it's not over with Pearson, Pitts 2nd in 2025, and Nucks 3rd in 2024, Detroit 4th in 2025

Savard will play his remaining 2 years in MTL I have 0 doubt.
will he get an extension after that? that is a good question. probably not.

I could see him being traded before that contract is up, likely not at this TDL, but the off season or more likely next TDL.

I have nothing against him, like Dvorak, they just do nto have a place on this team going forward.

If they want them back, they'll have to consider them into their demands and not take them for granted.

Basically, they can't have everything.

And the unions (except maybe FIQ who only represents nurses) aren't open to giving more to some and less to others. So these primes cannot really work in the negociations.

Yeah (frank) their unions, but I like the cash, even if primes aren't ideal because they don't count in your salary when you retire. But 6,5% is 6,5%
