Those include his time in MIN though. I agree it's not like he's some core player, but he was a legit nhler who added wins to the team last year when they were scrambling for a C

You don't put that guy on waivers because Brandon Biro had a good 10 mins vs pre season rosters, that's all im saying.

He added such quality that they slashed his minutes and then sat his ass towards the end of the season.

the problem with using gar is that the thumb gets pressed down on the scale if you score a lot of goals regardless of situation. so while, yeah, scoring is cool, if you're a total (frank)ing vacuum like olofsson is, the stat becomes disingenuous.

gar isnt a bad stat as its a conversation starter. but it's become a relatively shallow stat.

I don’t think I’ll ever be of the mind that we score enough. If there is a player available that can help fill the net, I’m probably going to want him.

Well, I think Mitts has been better at LW and the fact that they keep moving him away from C speaks volumes. 3 1st round C's coming in the next year or so, so who knows who they really project there.

Jost is C insurance, and quite possibly opening night 3C.
