@LM

If you can find Jose Cuervo Tradicional Reposado, it's really good kept in the freezer and sipped on straight.

Casamigos is too commercialized but Jose Cuervo is good

Best margarita I’ve had was in Palm Dessert, some Mexican place on the strip. Good tequila, fresh lime juice and Cointreau.

It was very strange at the time reaching for him. I always said a trade down in the pocket if wanting a certain player that will fall. Idc what fans say about how often it doesn’t work cuz it avoids picks like OJ & missing out on a sweetner.
- Nighthawk

It's rare that you see trade downs in the NHL, it's usually in conjuction with star players switching teams. You never see it on it's own with sweetners that I can recall.

Sure, key is fresh fruit and a good blender. Some places also use those frozen fruit chunks, that's also not too bad.

My go to is a ice cold Modelo and a chilled Cazadores Resposado for sipping right after smoking a nice spliff.

You realize Jose Cuervo makes more than gringo tequila right?

Yes, I’ve had their entire lineup. Just funny that the small batch craft spirit producer is “too commercial” (probably because of George Clooney) but one of the worlds most successful commercial tequila brands is “good”

I’m a reposado for cocktails and Añejo for sipping kind of guy. Brand new bottle of Patrón Reposado in the cabinet, though I prefer others I’ve had in the past.

The reason I don't gravitate to commercial tequilas like Patron & Casamigos is there are many other tequilas and mescals that would put both of those to shame. They cost way less and are readily available in Jalisco, sometimes in BC.

If you enjoy the overpriced commercial stuff great, but stay in your own lane!

Wow there are a few really condescending posters in the blog, couple of know-it-alls.

Unapologetic fan of the team, I like the direction of the team, will they make the playoffs, who knows at this early stage, but I will cheer for them to win every damn game.

I'm in Palm Springs it's 38°C. I need a Margarita place on the strip that doesn't serve oversweetened crap. Any recommendations?
- Load Management

You can ask from them on the rocks and half sweet at most places, margaritaville made us whatever we wanted when we sat up at the bar.

In BC, you drink what you can find, and the small batch products are NOT less expensive here at least. When in Mexico, it’s a whole other story. Great retail store/tasting room in PV where you can try almost everything in the store.

I said "WAY" more. Combine that with the copious amount of picks which were traded over the last decade.

Changes to the defense look promising and with a healthy Demko for a full year optimism can be brought into the conversation.

Careful, if you have realistic criticisms of the team and the direction it's going in, you're called a hater too.

Recognizing that the team really isn't that good and requires everything to break their way to make the playoffs isn't hating on the team, it's just being realistic. To even make the playoffs, the Canucks are going to have to either be better than two or even three of: Edmonton, Las Vegas, Seattle, Los Angeles and Calgary (who might bounce back this year) to slip into being 3rd in the Pacific or else a glut of teams in the Central like Nashville, Winnipeg, St. Louis and Minnesota to get into a wild card spot
