I've read some articles on Frazen while googling Commodore hate for Babcock. I feel bad for Frazen that he struggled with his mental health and Mike was a Richard to him. It's not much different than Doerrie and VHG's wife there.

I looked at Beau as a throw in to make the cap work on the trade nothing more.

If healthy Pearson will score fifteen to twenty and be reliable in both ends. Boeser is on a make or break year. He is playing for his reputation and next contract. He has said he is faster this year and looks in shape.

Do you have to be well liked to be an NHL coach? It might help but as long as he isn't breaking laws. Is it much different than Tocchet saying players need to be accountable and they need to come in shape and ready to go. Or TG saying JV was not in shape.

Obviously coddling players is the way to go for coaches now. Tough love is a thing of the past.

Given that the NHLPA traveled to Columbus to meet in person w/ the team on this, it’s fair to assume concerns about the alleged conduct have escalated. Also reasonable to expect the union will canvas players from Babcock’s previous stops to assess whether this happened before
