Um, it was a flank steak recipe. Wtf does pork have to do with it? Lots of pork recipes out there that do not include the ingredient "flank steak".

Amino acids are for hippies and sheep shaggers, but will work instead of soy sauce.

If you can't handle a little ginger, go eat some Playdoh. It's very mild, so I've heard from some toddlers.

Now if you wanna talk homemade pasta, the only really important thing is kneading the dough for at least 12 minutes, then letting it rest in the fridge at least an hour before rolling it out. Semolina flour is best but all purpose works, too. And for lasagna, you can't beat ground bison instead of beef...it's not greasy and crumbles to a way better and more fine texture. I like to add some pine nuts into mine but they're so dang pricey.

Did Armchair GMs last night with two different Trevor Zegras trades and subsequent 8 x 8 extensions.

Even with the massive extension, the Sabres would conservatively have ≈35 million dollars in space next summer to sign Dahlin, Power and to a much lesser extent Krebs.

Basically, if you think that signing Zegras to a competitive contract would blow up the Sabres long term cap situation that simply isn't the case.

In fact, I would argue this is the ideal time to make a move like this one.

sometimes agents and teams disagree on bonuses and clauses.
- TheSabresTaco

Must be quite a dfew bonuses and clauses to sift through if it takes 3-2/3rds months.
So if it isn't't money, are we to then assume the rumored $10.5m is still a good ball park?

Covfefe! I'm so glad Donnie was there protecting our airports during the Revolutionary War. And MGT is there to protect us from the evil Jewish Space Lasers.

Enjoy your pancakes

im not in the room but i would be genuinely surprised. I guess it's possible if they take trade clauses away. But I doubt it.

I touched on this yesterday but it would be an incredible turn of events if Mittelstadt was ever traded before he signs a multi year deal.

No salsa at all. Listening closely to Adams and Granato it's clear they greatly value him, more than I think people do even on this board. "Sabres Facebook" as I will call the gorilla fans, hate him.

I don't think there's anyone on this team that can bring more top skill versatility to this team like CM. They view him as extremely competitive and they also recognize that it's hard for people on the outside to necessarily see that.

I mean sure, there's infinite realities.

But not in this one. If his entire season is how he started last season, then I think it's possible. Outside of that, no.

That'd mean another roster spot at forward that becomes unavailable to their sea of forward prospects.

With so many "permanent" players here, one has to wonder, and I'm sure we will, how they're getting all of these kids into the org when they're ready.

Rousek, Kozak, Nadeau, Poltapov, I think you can get these guys playing some bottom 6 minutes. But for the skill guys? You gotta make room or ship them out.

There's a lot of time, but within the next 3 years, those decisions must be made for the current stock of prospects.

Yeah see above

these questions won't go away.

you'd think they maybe do something with skinner before his contract is up. olofsson is obviously gone. does the greenway role stay or is he swapped out with a skill prospect? Do Krebs and Jost get the boot (someday) for Kozak and Ostlund?

Sabres also like having older vets guiding this team. So maybe you're taking away a bottom 6 and bottom 4 spot from a kid too.

Projecting out 3 years

Benson-Thompson-Quinn
Savoie-Cozens-Tuch
Rosen-Mittelstadt-Kulich
Peterka-Kozak-Rousek

Skinner? Krebs? Ostlund? Poltapov, Kisakov, Neuchev? 2024 1st round pick?

This team has a Randy Marsh sized log.

Also curious what his celery demands are, but you look at all of the ELC that will flood this team down the line, I'm not too sure they will care if he's under 7M. I think he gets a Yanni Gourde contract.
