I'm not a doctor, but I'm right so many damn times about these diagnoses...maybe I should be.
I'm just gonna start giving time tables as if they're official statements. Enough wussyfooting around here. Time to start the practice.

Well I hope you are right, but if it's his Rotator Cuff what he's doing probably isn't that painful, especially since he's got his elbow on his knee. Pain would be over his head motion or reaching across his body for something.
Hopefully it's just a strain and the rest and rehab work.

No, he was in a sling for awhile. But he avoided Surgery then to. So let's hope that luck lasts. - Buff36
Shoulders are weird. Broke my collar bone twice in less than a year. I get lingering pain if I don't workout consistently. And its not even the worst like at my collar bone its more the Shoulder blade.
First time didn't heal properly so I was in like a Chinese finger trap the second time around.

That Sucks, very painful. Makes it worse when it doesn't heal right the first time.
Funny Story, I had just had my 3rd Rotator Cuff surgery. They said it was my last fix because 2 tendons were like the thickness of a poker card they had been repaired and shaved down so much. Probably 8 months out I go to Open a pickle jar for my Wife and blew those 2 Tendons to smithereens. Long story short, it don't take much when a area has been injured before.
