More D for me and then a center after next year. - VANTEL
If a top RHD prospect is available I could live with that but still maintain C prospect depth is the bigger need. They both need to develop. D can be picked later.
In the meantime I still need to see trades. Who how & when is moot. I can see trading opening up as the new cap gets closer. |

My bold predictions:
The Bruins miss the playoffs
The Pens, with EK and all their aging HoFers, also miss the playoffs
The Canucks squeak in to the 8th spot in the West with 92-94 points
Tampa surprises a lot of folks by winning the East, but they lose to Dallas in the SCF
One of the Flyers snaps and decks Tortorella. |

D take longer to develop. I still go another year heavy on D in the top three rounds. NO more OJs.

Impressive or what? Deion’s son
Shedeur Sanders became the first Buffaloes quarterback ever to eclipse 500 passing yards in a game. He completed 38 of 47 passes with four touchdowns and no interceptions, and had four different teammates eclipse 100 receiving yards -- another Colorado first. |

According to Ryan Johnston, Woo should have got NHL games last year if not for the amount of injuries to the Canucks and the abby Nucks , so he has progressed and people in the know see NHL games possibly , |

Was just reading about Gabe Valardi's arrival in Winnipeg. He sounds like he just moved to Bugtussle Tennessee.
Fish out of water. I bet he is counting his days to UFA. |

1 Canucks come on strong the last 10 games of the season and finish 17th, barely missing the playoffs.
2 Pod becomes a top 3 scorer for the Abbotsford Canucks, playing in every game.
3 Brock Boeser hits 35 goals for the first time in his career, goes on to score another 12 in the playoffs playing on a line with Jack Hughes.
4 Thatcher Demko sets a shutout record for the Canucks, but still has a 32/38/7 record
5 Quinn Hughes starts the season on fire, going at a 1.5 pts/ game pace, Tocchet pairs him with Myers for the last half of the season. Points dry up as the duo spends most of the game in their own end. Hughes ends up with 72 points
6 Elias Peterson leads the league in points, out pacing McDavid and Draisaitl. Canucks sign him to a 8 year, 120 million extension.
7 Miller goes back to the pumpkin patch but takes Ian Cole and Dakota Joshua with him for protection.
8 Kuzmenko discovers hot dogs after a visit from former Canuck Great Vladimir Krutov. Goes on to have a pregame hotdog every game, Lefty takes notice and proclaims him as the Best Canuck.
9 Conner Garland challenges Nils Hoglander to a leg wrestle to determine who should play with EP40 for the year.
10 Rosterhawk sends in his opening day roster, Tocchet decides to start the opener with it. Canucks beat the Oilers 7-0. Tocchet calls Nighty and invites him the next game, claiming him to be their good luck charm.

Beyond Bold Predictions:
1. Canucks win the draft lottery after trading EP40.
2. Aquallines sell the team and property assets to international conglomerate backed by Russian Oligarchs.
3. Hockey Buzz Canuck posters receive accolades from Canuck management for their insights to how the team should be run. They are given a private suite for the season to celebrate and no one shows up.
4. Every Canuck player is traded for draft picks. Drafted players are traded for draft picks and draft picks are traded for more picks in other rounds. |
