Packed teams that were always the #1 seed and overall agreed favourite amongst fans media alike? I don’t remember that at man.
I know it’s easy to hate on that team but try to be logical with your arguments buds. - Big23Questions
When did I say # 1 wether media or Fan wise ?
you be logical idiot
Packed as in a more than decent chances of going far, but failing for 20 years, thats a long time

Trading Nylander has to happen, they cannot pay 4 forwards $45-50 mil of the cap after this year. Cap going up still doesn't make sense for roster construction. If the Leafs are smart they will get a good D back for him. Lou won't pay him what he wants either, so no sense in him coming to the Isles |

Treliving & Nylander is working 💪 on a renewal. |

Haha oh man - did you call me an idiot? Grow up young man. You were saying they had packed teams and I pointed out that a lot of other teams were packed or stacked as well and done win some didn’t that’s hockey bud…the sport you apparently watch? But I guess watching vs understanding eh |

If Nylander signs 8.85M or higher, that's 44M towards the cap for Nylander, Tavares, Marner, and Matthews for 2024-2025. That's an average of 11M. There isn't 1 team that even comes close to this. It's not sustainable, not smart. The players are overpaid. How it should be:
Matthews - $ 12M
Marner - $ 10.25M
Tavares - $ 8.5M
Nylander - $8.25M

What's not sustainable is paying 5M in dead cap this season like the sens. |

for 1 year?
I like the Sens outlook A LOT more than Toronto. Paying their players that much $ without making it to a conference finals is one thing, but paying 4 FORWARDS more than half your cap is a failed formula, and they keep going back to it. |

Ehh... it's 1 year for a team that isn't a legit contender, they'll manage.
The 50(ish)% cap hit locked into 4 skilled forwards may be sustainable but it's clearly not working. |
