No to name changing, but You’d need to change the Norris to the Lindstrom first, anyway

The guy was a good defensive center but never even had an 80 point season. Why should we change the name of the award? A 50-60 point player should have an award's name changed in honor of him? sounds silly

I believe they noted that over the last 10 years or so he is 9th in total points. not too shabby for a defensive forward. No drop off in his abilities over his career. Probably would still have put up 50-60pts again this year with 25+ goals.

Nuff said.

They should rename the best defensive forward aka the Selke to The Karlsson trophy in a few years Have to wait for him to retire. I think Bergy was better at defense though.
