Im not sure I remember that movie, but there's a lot I don't remember.
Ill have to check it out one night, maybe a doob will make it better. lol
So you played hockey in Chambly, my buddy Benji reffed there

- braidan

Completely forgot about that movie...that was a just a fantasy movie, they just stapled Dungeons and Dragons on it because they wanted to attract people to the theaters...it had nothing to do with DnD

Really? If he refs games on sunday nights, there's a good chance he reffed one of our games.

Let's hope he's one of the good ones.

I've always pictured it as a group of guys who had no idea what DnD was and just went:

WELL, THERE ARE DUNGEONS SO WE NEED TO INCLUDE THAT.

AND DRAGONS, YEAH DEFINETELY DRAGONS! WE NEED THOSE!

And they somehow made a bad movie.

the CGI was just horrendous, it would've looked better if they had used cheap scaled-down puppets lol

You could apply this to most movies of that era. They have aged horribly.

Remember the scorpion king in the Mummy returns?

oh damn, that was really bad indeed

I read about that particular scene recently and apparently one of the reasons it turned out that way is because the Rock wasn't available to take pictures for their 3D model while they were working on it... but come on, the guys that were in charge of the animation clearly weren't very experienced with doing that kind of thing either, jfc.

Mechanic rings me up and says the repair is $1700. I'm like, ok...(frank) it. Get a call back 30 minutes later...there's a nail in my rear tire and they can't fix it, they'll need to be replaced at 120 each....ffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff
- AdamFrench

You’re lucky. All of your tires combined are still less than 1 for my truck. Godspeed.

the previews I saw for that sort of discouraged me from watching it but now it seems it's kinda well rated, I'm curious so I'll give it a try.

The D&D movie was shockingly good. It's just a dumb fun little adventure. The Bridgerton guy steals the show. Good waste of an hour and a half or whatever.

I have no idea what to expect from him, I didn't watch many Avs games the past 2yrs. All i know is he turned 22yrs old in January, drafted just after Caufield, speedy, can play center and wing, not big at 5'10" but he is heavy for his size (190lbs), not bad defensively.

What's his offensive potential? At the price they paid for him, we should expect he will fight for a top 6 spot.

I'm very curious to see him in Montreal.

He has tons of speed and clearly offensive tools in his arsenal but it has yet to all come together.

I'm not convinced he's gonna end up a centre but he could very well get a shot on the wing in our top 6 if needed.

Best case scenario, we get a top 6 player, worst case scenario we're paying 2.9M for a solid third liner.

I like it alot and I believe he'll make Hughes look good just like Dach did.

Habs don't want to start the season on LTIR cap hell, they would prefer to stay under the cap with Price contract and put him on LTIR after the season starts. I wonder how they can find 3.5M of cap space...Hoffman 4.5M cap hit, Armia 3.4M

After signing Alex Newhook to a 4 year / $2.9M AAV deal, we now show the #GoHabsGo as being $3,509,166 above the ceiling based on 21 players on the active roster (12F-7D-2G) and 5 players on IR/LTIR.

Carey Price ($10.5 AAV) is also an LTIR candidate.
