Yes. I like the way the blog unfolds. Our Hockey Writer has been really good in setting a tone and pace for meaningful summer hockey talk. I guess we could go for another month just trying to figure out the Tarasenko and Kubalik fits and how the lines and defensive pairings will be structured.

I'm still not really sure what Pinto is. He's anointed our third line centre - the production is there but the stats are confusing. We'll see. Get him away from Batherson for sure.

We could hope for that for sure - he's not as defensively sound as Fisher but has a better shot and should be noticeably more productive on the scoreboard. Fisher though... Not an uber talented player but his conditioning ethic was so ridiculous he couldn't help but perform. IMO the best conditioned player in the league so far for this millennium - if Pinto has any of that in him, watch out.
