I come up here every month for 12 days, easy gig, all the Canadians up here say the CBJ games are fun and cheap to go to. I'm an hour and a half away from Columbus by car.

Hes coming for the new blogger job. Also thank you lefty. What does a house cost down where you are right now? Just average normal place.
- Jkuzzi

It depends on where you buy, if you're looking in the metro Phoenix area. It is the fastest growing metro area in the United States. You can buy a nice house for 550K-750K USD in Chandler, or, you can buy a nice place in Goodyear for 400K...really depends on where you want to live. You can get a much cheaper place down in Coolidge AZ and it isn't too far from south Chandler and all the box stores or whatever you need to go to.

Happy Independence Day!!!

On July 2, 1776, the Second Continental Congress, meeting in Philadelphia, voted unanimously to declare independence as the "United States of America". Two days later, on July 4, Congress signed the Declaration of Independence.

They have to go with a 20 man roster to accommodate a waiver pick up? 1.825M a season.

Currently with a full roster Pearson healthy Poolman on LTIR and Podkolzin being sent down $169,583 in cap space.

Trade Garland for future considerations, claim Zadina

What was your take on Zadina back in 2018? Do you remember?
- LeftCoaster

I don't. He was never on my 3 man list for anyone I would have taken with the pick. Plus those rankings used to be online but that website is gone. I generally remember who I like.

No thanks. That's like trading a 3rd for Dermott.

Ok thank you. We just sold our place and I'm building us a new one. Will prob love there a few years then sell and maybe be done. We don't need much there's only a few thousand people where we live. I honestly just prefer the states.

Canucks have a lot of wingers, Zadina doesn't need to be fantastic. The 3 mil extra space would help towards finding a 3C, Blueger is not going to cut it.

Teams wanted VAN to retain salary on Garland and/or Boeser. Probably an indicator they're no longer on the market.

If Zadina isn't scoring what role would he fill then? I agree Blueger would be better suited 4lc. Maybe Aman can improve. As you said they already have a lot of wingers.

If cap goes up next year, Garland and Boeser deals will look better. Bad asset management to give them way for free right now.

It was bad asset management to give the sloth and the angry elf those contracts in the first place.

I thought Podkolzin & Nil's were almost ready to challenge those two for a spot in the lineup?
