Anybody that thinks Dries is anywhere near Kerfoot is nuts. đ - manvanfan
If youâre playing money puck, you might be able to match the production by committee and still pay less $$ and definitely less term which is what always gets them in trouble. |

Anyone that thinks Kerfoot is a good fit for us and deserves a contract of any type - is out to lunch - itâs just soooo typical Canucks one step forward two steps back |

Awesome - then letâs overpay for a mediocre, undersized, soft as dogpoop, 3C and help us get back to cap limit two weeks after we made an equally terrible decision with our backs against wall to free up some much needed space!!

Hope not - that would just be making the exact same mistakes they do every FA
Also Kerfoot is possibly the worst fit for us, 3C available - I bet if u give Dries the same minutes theyâd end up with similar numbers or better - at a fraction the price and shorter term - Brooks_Light
Kerfoot isnât on their radar |

Interesting article đ§ - Shuswap Wap
I don't get some of these blogs or the frustration from the fans TBH. I think Willander reminds me of a Tanev and DPetey reminds me of Edler.
You see everyone here today trying to plug holes with stopgaps, I think they set themselves up for a decade with the selections of the two mentioned. Hirose is your taller Stecher.

The Canucks Army article is written by a 21 year old student taking a bachelor of arts in communications at SFU. She covers sports for the school newspaper and does work on the side. She doesnât have anymore insight, probably less, than anyone on here. Negativity sells, Iâve yet to see one positive article on Willander. |

Most teams do and Canucks have from time to time but normally D, not sub 6' and top of their league.
Ty Mueller was a free agent this Saturday. Otherwise fine, he is playing well at the college level.
Perkins is 40th in PPG as a draft plus 1 and less than a PPG. If that was a CHL kid he wouldn't be thought about. It's Nielsen and Wouters territory. Undrafted who still don't have NHL contracts. - manvanfan
Yeah donât get Canucks wasting pick on Mueller. More stupid that they didnât take local RSD Hoyt Stanley. Kid would have developed for Canucks. |

Pending-RFA defenseman Chad Nychuk re-signs with the Vancouver Canucks for 1 year, $775K AAV (2-Way), per

Don't know if this is real or not but Rick Warman liked it and he follows all the amateur players.
Okay he is an Abby Canuck not a Vancouver Canuck. No wonder I didn't know who he is. |

A 2nd, 3rd and 5th wasted on Dermott and Bear(2nd was to create cap space used for him). Also,,, very surprised they qualified Kravstov.

NHL player vs AHL player, only an idiot would think the AHL player is more worthy |

This is exactly the kind of thing that doesn't make headlines, but is why canucks have been perpetually short on picks and prospects of late. Few burn picks like van. |
