It’s a false narrative. It’s an old story. Been dealt with. What do they gain by exposing players? The players are only involved because it’s part of the storyline. The investigation is more in what hockey Canada did in response to incident. It’s not a witch-hunt into the players.

Bonk fills a need, if not one of the more exciting needs. I think he’ll be fine but certainly wasn’t a homerun swing.

Maybe Colorado moves one of their other D prospects now. They are stacked.

There are questions about his compete level and skating. Was he a product of his linemates? But 132 points is 132 points.

Maybe his line mates also benefited from his play. Scouting also says he has a very high hockey IQ. Skating can be worked on.

Yeah I can live with it. Because landed michkov. The bonk pick feels a little more further down the rebuild type pick. Personally I think they need to focus on skill. There was still good skill there. In future draft at 22 possibly won’t be.

But maybe they see bonk with a little more o to game too. It will fill a need if developed just kinda feels like maybe or good chance the missed a chance there.

Not gonna kill them for it tho.
