For me, SJ has to hold at least 4 mill a year for me to even consider. If they do that, we are paying a price for it in assets. You already have two pairs that are going to play 35 minutes a night (at least). As was pointed out last night, it is the law of diminishing returns. It would be a blast to watch it, but probably not the best idea when it comes to roster construction.

Sure, you could make it work. I think the redundancy part still remains. We would be stocking up in an area where we are already fairly strong at the expense of possibly using those resources to help other areas of the lineup (or to re-sign people down the road).
