We will see if RT can get through to him, he’s had a rough go mentally and physically and hopefully he can leave it behind. - Bettmanhatesus
Yeah I mean I do feel a bit bad for the guy and hard not to root for him, but in all honesty he surprised the league the first year with his shot. League took notice and said let's check this guy a little closer, and he hasn't been the same since. He's not a play driver and needs a ton of room to get his shot off. Needs to play with a shifty guy IMHO like Crosby or Huberdeau or someone who surprises with creativity leaving him wide open. NHL calibre shot but probably AHL level release. |

Tanev to the Canuck rumours, it would be hilarious if this is true. |

BB’s injuries seem to have effected his shot. Why you saw more play making from him. But then confidence level and off ice family issues deflated him further. All excuses of course. Have to find a way to be productive.

Who's reporting this? I already predicted RD's desire to see him returned would quickly be fabricated into a "rumor"? I already corrected someone who changed how he worded it once.

Looking at this FA class, I really hope the Canucks are able to address their defensive needs through trades. This is shaping up to be a repeat of 2016 with insane overpayments. |

Broke his freaking back could have ended his carreer, RT thinks he can get through to him, let’s see where it goes. |

At least 50 percent of the prospects who are "natural centers" when they're drafted end up being wingers. Many scouts projected Byfield as an NHL wingers and so far that's what he's been for the most part. He may be a winger for most of his career whether they get PLD or not. I've seen different scouts words about Yager, Danielson, Moore, Stenberg all being wingers in the NHL and not centers. |

It's not a great free agent class. Hopefully they don't go mad with their fake cap space. Wait to get some bargain guys to push the youth. Waiver class could be pretty lit this year. |

Tanev is one of the few future UFA’s to not ask to be traded.
I can see him getting a couple draft picks at the tdl, GM’s are even more desperate then. |

I think if your team has cap there could be some good deals from teams trying to shed cap. |

That's the post I'm talking about then. The actual Rick D quote wasn't even speculation. He hopes they try and bring him back is all...

Sorry it’s Flames draft pick coming back for Boeser to join Hubby. This will help fill the void of the max exodus for at least a season. You know until BB says he won’t resign. |

According to Toronto fans they can’t get him out fast enough. But that’s typical for most fan bases. |

Wow!
Daniel Sedin does the Grouse grind 11 times in 1 day!
This rivals Lefty’s dozen Bud Lights in one afternoon. |

It also rivals how the flames have taken it 11 times in a row. |
