I mean, I gave several. Maybe it's a difference in opinion about what being thrown under the bus means. I can't say he literally threw another player under the team bus on so and so a date in this city. I'm saying on the ice with his body language and effort in certain situations and in post-game interviews, he rarely accepts responsibility himself.

The Spencer Martin thing, I mean you can say not an issue but it made headlines around the league and wasn't a good look. It was a complete lack of professionalism and toward a minor league goalie who was already being asked to do way too much and barely keeping the team afloat. That was mickey mouse beer league crap, and I bet in beer league (at least in mine) that guy would get knocked out (or at least get no post game beer, pretty severe punishment in itself). It's the same reason you rarely see a player getting absolutely chewed out on the bench in front of the camera. They're professionals and want to be treated as such. I don't buy the nonsense that he's just passionate. Plenty of guys are passionate and don't do crap like that. Once maybe as an isolated incident and you learn from it as a pro. He has a pattern. Passion isn't an excuse to just be a douche.
