LOL. But seriously. How can a team like that be good for the league and why does the finanical system of the league pander to them? - tomburton99
It’s a huge market that has been poisoned by bad ownership |

Maybe what is coming back will be a cheaper but more appropriately slotted, 3rd line center?
I am not in favor of getting rid of any of these young guys yet...
I would love to see what this team looks like with a 24-26 yr old Chytil, Laf, Kakko, Cuyle, Othman, Miller, Scheider. - climbdenali12
I think there’s a chance Chytil goes to RW. Before I get hollered at lol It’s tough to argue the kid line stays together anymore after the NJ series, at least not permanently.
Laf Zib Chytil line could be a smash. Then you sign Bjugstad (who I think is a good target for them) as a 3C. Whether people like it or not, I think goodrow gets bought out, Jmo. Their cap increases 200k doing that. Maybe you sign Eller since he played under Lavy for a few years for the 4C |

I disagree with this, I think the move to make is Kreider, Chytil, Trochek. This line could really be a nuisance if deployed properly. Trochek would take all the faceoffs. Chytils speed with the N-S styles of Kreider and Trochek could be a menace to goalies. |

Lavy will have some fun I think, figuring out how to deploy guys.
Whatever happen, I think Trocheck and Pararin need to be apart, that’s what I learned this year. Their styles don’t match up well |

As much as I'm all for bringing Quickie home, I think Tarasenko will garner about $3.5M/yr more than that from someone. |

I think we all agree here. Most of us have been suggesting lineups that have them split. |

Assuming they don’t trade their first, just looking at the draft info I’ve seen, Matthew Wood would be a target for me. They may need to move up to get him however, he’s been listed mostly in the top 15, but he checks the boxes for us. Big fast and natural RW. He goes to UCONN so I’d think Drury has seen him/scouted him |

The thing about drafting for need that late in the round is by the time he’s ready we will hopefully have addressed RW. Draft best available. If that’s wood so be it. |

We have LAF, Kakko, Othmann, Cuylle, Sykora as our wing. Lindgren, Fox, Miller, Schneider, Jones, Robertson for our D. Outside of Chytil, have nothing down the middle.
My target would be a center, either Yegar or Ritchie. |
