I remember reading that there were a bunch of people in the room discussing the allegations of the incident during their cup run.

I can't remember the specifics but someone was given the responsibility of addressing it.

I'm not sure how much he knew, and you can maybe fault him or anyone else for that matter for not looking into it after the cup run ended.

Maybe he asked about it? Maybe he didn't. It's not really on him to launch his own investigation though if someone else was already in charge of investigating it.

If Kyle went to him and he never investigated then he's a POS. Just because someone covered it up doesn't mean everyone is guilty however.

Again, you keep saying that, as if you know without a shadow of a doubt what actually happened. But that's what a court of law is for. He withheld allegations. He wasn't in the room when it happened. It was wrong for him to withhold the allegations but sitting here calling it "hiding a rape" is a disingenuous argument.

What he did was wrong. He stepped away. He paid some price. But he can earn a chance to redeem himself and should be given a 2nd chance to be a better person because of it.



And when he's reinstated, it will be with the utmost of provisions and such a watchful eye that it can't happen again. As it shouldn't.

What does a court of law have to do with anything? He hasn’t been accused of any crime. He was one of the Blackhawk management group that decided to coverup the rape and allowed Aldridge to get another job where he raped a 16 year old. That’s clear from the independent report. All because he didn’t want any distractions from the team’s Cup run.

That’s not a “mistake”. It’s an indictment of the guy’s character and it’s not someone I want associated with the team I cheer for.
