I doubt the Sabres would want him. That's just a trade that I think would make sense for the Oilers. Can't see them parting with Bouchard for a forward when they need more help on the blue line, not less, but if the Sabres took Campbell then they'd basically have to say yes

With Dahlin and Power getting big money soon, and Skinner/Tuch having 3 years left, I think Peterka as a legitimate top 6 winger holds more value.

Imagine dropping a cheap, controlled, top 3 prospect with 3 years of KHL experience into the Sabres roster after he's done there...would be a killer replacement for Skinner on the cheap, enabling $9m reinvestment into other roster upgrades
