That’s because you either don’t understand how great they are at playing defensively or you just like pond hockey with lots of offence, which is terrible hockey.

I don't care who wins. I've seen lots of good hockey throughout the playoffs, I watched that.

Florida and Vegas have played great hockey, that's why they are in the finals. I'm not Lefty, I don't love a dozen teams.

The playoff offer stakes and consequences. The Canucks played some decent hockey down the stretch, but they weren't playing without any purpose since before Tocchet was hired. Without the kill or be killed pressure, it can't be the same.

I feel like going after Wilson at age 29 is like trying to add Lucic after the Bruins years. He's likely going to decline in a hurry. You need those guys at 25 before they have all the mileage on them.

Yeah and I've watched lots of young good hockey this year frozen 4, u18 world juniors that I'm sure most of you or others never watched like the Sweden USA final because people didn't care.

I've watched a terrible amount of hockey the past couple months. I might be hockey'd out.

SHL and Allsvenskan, Liiga playoff games, WHL/OHL playoffs game, AHL playoff games, NHL playoff games, u18s, frozen 4.

Season ticket holders in Seattle got to paint on the ice after their elimination.

I will sort of repeat something I mentioned a few days ago and this will show my age.

What people consider good playoffs compared to what there was years ago, IMO is a far cry from good playoffs. I don't know why someone wants to convince Mini or Lordie or even myself to watch the playoffs when we have no interest.

To me good playoffs was when you had the Battle of Alberta (Hunter v Jackson or Semenko) The Habs and the Nordiques brawl, and one of my favorites The Hawks and the Canucks.

I had no interest in the PO the last couple of years because what most people call exciting is watered down for me. I look at it this way, it is like watching the best sitcom for years and years and then in the final years the writers are reaching to make a show and the quality falls.

I have seen some of the best hockey ever played on this planet and to me this last few years comes nothing close to that. I am happy for you guys that are enjoying it, but for me I don't have any interest other than reading the results.

Trust me I do realize this is something an old man screaming at the clouds says but I don't know why some very few get upset. Enjoy the game for those watching.

Very different players. Reaves has been a bottom line winger his entire career. Wilson was a top 6 winger. If Wilson plays as effectively as Reaves at his cap hit it is a disaster.
