That might be a tad over dramatic. Matthews has said he likes playing here, not that he likes playing for Dubas. He’ll make a decision based on the contract they negotiate and his sense of the team’s direction. That would be true under Dubas or a new GM. Make good moves and negotiate a good deal and he’ll stay.

I can't remember a Stanley Cup run like this, for a very long time. Bob is almost unbeatable. How did the Leafs not get shut out by this guy? What I've seen so far, if the Leafs had found a way past Florida, they probably would have beaten Carolina. The Panthers are totally in sync right now and have no qualms winning low scoring games. If they finish this series off too quickly, I'd worry about some rust in the finals. If all things are equal, they'll beat whoever comes out of the West. A different standard of intensity.
