You get the impression this is the reason Dubas was in in the first place. Lamiorello wasn't in to being micromanaged so Shanny fired him and replaced him with a rookie who would do what he's told. Then he didn't do what he was told and here we are.

Oilers and their fans were quite confident, it's understandable when you have McDavid, who is on a different level than any other player at the moment. Unfortunately, not having even a mediocre goalie, they will have a hard time winning 4 rounds. Draisaitl was being crowned as the second best player in hockey - he isn't. He's as one dimensional a player as there is. He's about as good as Bunting in his own zone.

Do people know there's teams in place still that have the info for the team right? It isn't like the pro scouts don't have an idea of who's a FA and they wait until the last minute for the GM to do all the work. The scouting department has done and will run the draft 99% regardless of who the GM is.

Pridham is interim GM so these decisions are on him and the people around him for the time being. Obviously with a Shanahan micro manage, who's already been operating as GM apparently.

The Flyers!? I’ve literally never seen anyone outside of a Flyers fan talk about the Flyers on here.

The Leafs - fans of every single team have cruised on here to chirp or celebrate a loss etc.

Anyways, it’s been an honour to read your colourful remarks here regarding the centre of the hockey universe. You would have to drive a number of kilometres to hear someone crying litres of tears about the Flyers success.
