Tavaraids already said he is not waiving his NMC, Nylander is the best of the 3 left in the payoffs. Matthews NMC kicks in July 1st, team can't sign him to an extension before that and he is UFA next summer. Marner's NMC kicks in July 1stand he has 2yrs left on his deal then he is UFA
