as much as I find them annoying AF, they're a feisty bunch, players seem to respond well to Brindamour's coaching. I think Saint-Louis is trying to implement the same kind of hard-working ethic with the habs, which I appreciate.

it helps that a majority of the team has been playing the system for a few years and their AHL club employs the same system. many don't which is beyond stupid.

why i was glad when wirtz bought the rockford team. that is the hawks AHl team. AHL team owners have different goals than their parent clubs some times.

I guess this is where the concept of team "identity" comes into play, organizations like BOS and TB were able to apply similar styles to both their farm club and their NHL team, so that when younger guys are called up they don't look completely lost and have an idea of what to expect.

I can't say I've watched many of his interviews or heard his hockey commentary a whole lot but the guy does look a bit bland. but even if he does a poopty job and no one really likes him he still gets to be there, cuz he's Wayne (frank)ing Gretzky.
